Beale Infrastructure

Beale Infrastructure is a data center developer focused on building large scale hyperscale campuses across North America. The company is backed by Blue Owl and is developing major digital infrastructure projects in Oklahoma, Kansas and Arizona. Its Tulsa County Project Clydesdale is a 506 acre campus with approximately 500 MW planned capacity and a reported $1 billion initial investment. Beale is also developing a 450 MW, 282 acre campus in Claremore, Oklahoma, and a 600 MW, 290 acre campus in De Soto, Kansas. The projects are designed for hyperscale computing and include privately funded power, water and supporting infrastructure to serve future cloud and AI workloads.
