Form8tion Data Centers is a data center developer and operator established by Thor Equities in 2023, focused on purpose-built infrastructure for hyperscale and enterprise customers. Its flagship development is Madrid One in Fuenlabrada, Spain, a more than 70 acre campus planned with five independent data center buildings. The project is designed to provide more than 60,000 square meters of technical space and over 100 MW of IT capacity, with the first 30 MW targeted for service availability from Q4 2025. Form8tion emphasizes sustainable construction, renewable energy, water conservation and efficient infrastructure. The company has become a significant contributor to Madrid’s expanding hyperscale data center pipeline.
