RiverHook Village 18 is a Brazilian hyperscale data center developer developing a large AI focused campus in Pindamonhangaba, São Paulo. The project is planned on approximately 500,000 square metres and is designed for high density GPU and AI workloads. Its first phase targets 150 MW of capacity, with the broader masterplan potentially reaching 300 MW across three development phases. The project has an initial investment of approximately R$5 billion and benefits from its location along the São Paulo Rio de Janeiro corridor, direct access to Via Dutra and proximity to major fiber and submarine cable infrastructure. The campus is designed with liquid cooling and renewable energy integration for hyperscale customers.
