Zerra DC is a Singapore headquartered hyperscale data center developer and operator backed by AGP Sustainable Real Assets. The company develops large scale campuses across Australia, Japan and India, targeting cloud, AI and neocloud customers. Its Australian portfolio includes the Western Downs Digital Park in Queensland and a proposed 336 MW Project Dune at the former Ford site in Melbourne. The Western Downs project covers approximately 725.5 hectares and could represent more than AU$31 billion of investment at full build out, with up to four AI ready data center phases. Zerra manages projects from land acquisition and permitting through power aggregation, construction and long term operations.
