ByteBridge and Naizak Sign MoU for AI-Driven Data Center Expansion in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, September 30, 2025- ByteBridge has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Saudi-based Naizak Global Engineering Systems to expand AI-ready data centers across the Kingdom, in a move aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 ambitions to become a regional leader in digital infrastructure.

The agreement combines ByteBridge’s expertise in global data center design, advanced cooling systems, and hyperscale operations with Naizak’s engineering capabilities and deep knowledge of the local regulatory environment. Both companies said the partnership aims to deliver advanced facilities that can handle the surging demand for AI computing, while enabling international operators to establish a foothold in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.

Execution challenges remain, from ensuring adequate power and cooling in a desert environment to winning contracts with hyperscalers and AI companies.
