McKinney, Texas, United States - April 8, 2026 - Mission Critical Group has acquired TxLa Systems, expanding its manufacturing capacity and deepening its capabilities in modular and switchgear solutions for data center and other power-intensive applications.

The acquisition builds on an existing partnership between the two companies established in 2023 and brings a key portion of Mission Critical Group’s supply chain in-house. The move is aimed at improving coordination across design, manufacturing, and delivery while accelerating deployment timelines for large-scale data center projects.

TxLa Systems specializes in electrical switchgear and modular infrastructure, including prefabricated e-house solutions widely used in data center deployments. By integrating these capabilities, Mission Critical Group is strengthening its ability to deliver end-to-end power infrastructure solutions tailored for high-density and hyperscale environments.

The deal also adds approximately 400 employees and multiple manufacturing facilities across Texas to Mission Critical Group’s operations, significantly increasing production capacity. This expansion is expected to support growing demand from data centers and other industries requiring reliable and scalable power systems.

Company executives highlighted the strategic alignment between the two organizations, noting that the acquisition will enable faster “time-to-power” for customers, a critical factor as AI-driven workloads push infrastructure requirements higher. The combined entity is expected to scale alongside large infrastructure programs while enhancing execution capabilities and operational efficiency.

The transaction also advances Mission Critical Group’s broader strategy of building an integrated power infrastructure platform that spans electrical equipment, modular systems, and lifecycle services. This approach is increasingly important as data center operators seek turnkey solutions that can reduce complexity and speed up deployment cycles.

Industry demand for robust power infrastructure continues to rise, driven by the rapid expansion of cloud computing and artificial intelligence workloads. As a result, companies are focusing on vertically integrating supply chains and manufacturing capabilities to ensure reliability and scalability.

With the addition of TxLa Systems, Mission Critical Group is positioning itself to play a larger role in supporting next-generation data center builds, where power availability and deployment speed are becoming as critical as compute capacity.
