ILI Group

ILI Group, formally Intelligent Land Investments Group, is a Scottish clean energy and infrastructure developer expanding into green hyperscale data centers. The company is developing The Stoics, a proposed network of three data centers across Scotland: Cato in Fife, Rufus in East Ayrshire and Aurelius in North Lanarkshire. Together, the projects represent approximately 1.5GW of planned data center capacity and more than £15 billion of potential investment. Cato is the first project to enter the planning process, with a proposed 600MW capacity and approximately £5 billion investment.
