Mumbai, India - July 20, 2026 - Pace Digitek Ltd. is strengthening its presence in the AI data center infrastructure market through a strategic cooperation agreement between its wholly owned subsidiary, Lineage Power Pvt. Ltd. (LPPL), and MEGMEET Electrical India Pvt. Ltd. to jointly deliver advanced power solutions for next-generation AI and hyperscale facilities.
The partnership aims to combine LPPL's expertise in battery energy storage systems (BESS), power integration, and electrical infrastructure with MEGMEET's portfolio of AI server power systems and power electronics. The companies will collaborate on developing and deploying power infrastructure designed to meet the growing requirements of AI-driven data centers, where higher computing densities are placing increasing demands on electrical efficiency and reliability.
According to the company's regulatory filing, the agreement establishes MEGMEET as LPPL's strategic technology and product partner for AI data center power systems. Beyond supplying equipment, the collaboration will cover engineering support, technical training, product optimization, system integration, and lifecycle after-sales services. The companies will execute future commercial transactions through separate purchase orders, with no financial value disclosed for the strategic agreement.
The partnership comes as India's data center industry undergoes a rapid transformation, fueled by the expansion of cloud adoption, enterprise AI deployments, and investments in hyperscale computing infrastructure. AI facilities require significantly more sophisticated electrical systems than conventional data centers, increasing demand for high-efficiency power conversion technologies, resilient power distribution equipment, and integrated energy management solutions capable of supporting high-density GPU clusters.
For Pace Digitek, the agreement represents a strategic expansion beyond its existing capabilities in battery energy storage and electrical infrastructure into the rapidly growing AI data center ecosystem. By integrating MEGMEET's power electronics technologies with its own infrastructure expertise, the company aims to address emerging opportunities across hyperscale, enterprise, and high-performance computing projects.
The announcement also reflects broader changes across the digital infrastructure supply chain. As operators build larger AI-ready campuses, investment is extending beyond servers and cooling systems to include the electrical backbone required to ensure uninterrupted operations.
