Mumbai, India - April 27, 2026 - Tata Consultancy Services has signed two strategic agreements with Siemens Energy AG and its Indian arm to expand collaboration across artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, and AI-ready data centers.
The agreements, structured as Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), build on a long-standing partnership between the companies and aim to accelerate AI-led industrial transformation while strengthening the energy backbone required for next-generation digital infrastructure.
A key component of the partnership focuses on supporting AI data center development. Siemens Energy India Limited will contribute expertise in power generation, electrification systems, and grid technologies to support TCS’s HyperVault platform, its AI-focused data center business.
The collaboration is designed to address the growing energy demands of AI-driven workloads, which require reliable, high-capacity power infrastructure. By integrating Siemens Energy’s capabilities with TCS’s strengths in AI, data, and engineering, the companies aim to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions for high-density computing environments.
Beyond data centers, the partnership will also focus on deploying AI across industrial operations. TCS will continue to act as a preferred IT partner for Siemens Energy, supporting the development of a secure and resilient digital backbone. This includes integrating advanced technologies such as digital twins, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation into manufacturing and energy systems.
These initiatives are expected to enhance operational efficiency, improve resilience, and enable more intelligent, data-driven decision-making across global operations. The collaboration also reflects a broader industry shift toward combining digital technologies with physical infrastructure to create more adaptive and efficient industrial ecosystems.
The agreement comes as demand for AI-ready data centers continues to rise, driven by the rapid growth of generative AI and high-performance computing applications. Ensuring access to stable and scalable energy infrastructure has emerged as a critical factor in enabling this expansion.
By aligning expertise in both digital and energy domains, TCS and Siemens Energy are positioning themselves to play a key role in supporting the next phase of AI infrastructure development. The partnership underscores the increasing convergence of data centers, energy systems, and industrial AI as organizations scale their digital capabilities.
With this collaboration, the companies aim to accelerate the deployment of intelligent, energy-efficient infrastructure that can support the evolving demands of AI and advanced computing.
