Starwood Digital Ventures

Starwood Digital Ventures (SDV) is Starwood Capital Group's dedicated digital infrastructure platform focused on data center investment, development and management. Established in 2024, SDV oversees Starwood's growing global data center strategy and has expertise spanning more than 10 GW of development. Its major initiatives include Project Washington in New Castle County, Delaware, a proposed 11 building campus planned for approximately 1.2 GW, and a strategic partnership with MARA to develop hyperscale, enterprise and AI capable infrastructure. The MARA partnership targets approximately 1 GW of near term IT capacity, with a pathway beyond 2.5 GW. SDV also has exposure to European and international digital infrastructure markets.
