PowerHouse Hillwood Holding LLC

PowerHouse Hillwood Holding, LLC is a development entity formed by PowerHouse Data Centers and Hillwood for large scale digital infrastructure development. Its flagship publicly identified project is the Joliet Technology Center in Joliet, Illinois, a proposed 795 acre data center campus near S. Rowell Road and Bernhard Road. The development is planned across four phases with 24 data center buildings totaling approximately 6.936 million square feet and an estimated 1.8 GW of capacity at full buildout. Joliet approved the project's conditional annexation and preliminary development plan in March 2026. The campus targets large scale cloud, AI and high performance computing infrastructure.
