Stream has delivered more than 27 data center developments across the United States and currently has more than 4 GW of capacity in active development. Its portfolio and development markets include Dallas, Phoenix, San Antonio, Chicago, Houston, Atlanta, and other major U.S. markets. Stream also offers AI ready infrastructure with configurable liquid cooling, alongside location strategy, site development, wholesale colocation, and data center operations. The company became a key operating platform within Apollo's ecosystem following Apollo Funds' acquisition in 2025.
